The visa is still valid if:
1. Your actual date of arrival is one day earlier the date of arrival on the application.
2. Your actual date of arrival is within the length of stay which you apply.
For example, the date of arrival on the online form is 20 – May – 2013. That means you can enter Vietnam from 19th – May – 2013 to 20 – May – 2013.
With one month multiple entry, if you enter Vietnam one day after the date of arrival on the application form, the stamping fee is only 65 USD.
