Urgent!! All offices closed

Hi,
1 Ireland citizen, 1 Australia, planning to arrive Vietnam 29 January to stay for 16 days. Both need a visa. Have been trying to fix visas this week but many offices closed. Can you help us get a visa on arrival in time?
